Fizzy Ki License

Unless a different file-level notice states otherwise, Fizzy Ki code and interface composition are provided under the MIT License for the application layer. Third-party assets, sketches, and source-linked collectibles remain subject to their own notices or the provenance attached in the product catalog.

Purchased collectibles grant a personal, non-exclusive right to use the rendered artifact inside Fizzy Ki and exported user-facing surfaces permitted by the product definition. Commercial resale, relicensing, or extraction of source assets outside the granted product terms is not permitted without additional written permission.

The project ethos is poethic and consent-bound: users may remix symbolic language, haiku, and profile-bound generative outputs within the community, but may not strip attribution, erase provenance, or use collective tools to simulate consent that was not given.

Identity-linked integrations, including Instagram verification and Kobalt Sigma conversational projections, are licensed for augmentation of authentic presence, not deception, spam, or automated impersonation.
