Fizzy Ki Terms

Fizzy Ki is a consent-first social and collectible environment. Sensitivity, symbolic exchange, identity linking, geospatial interaction, and predictive analysis exist only within inspectable, revocable consent boundaries.

Users agree not to impersonate another person, not to evade verification or consent controls, and not to use digital collectibles, Kobalt Sigma agents, or profile-bound tools to harass, manipulate, or extract data without permission.

Subscription tools grant access while the subscription remains active. One-time purchases grant collectible ownership, subject to transfer, pairing, or binding rules attached to the item. Transferable items may be sent only to users who accept the platform terms and relevant consent settings.

Generative items, data visuals, and entity projections remain software artifacts. They do not convey independent legal personhood, securities rights, or ownership of third-party platforms or source materials beyond the license explicitly granted.

Email verification and supported external identity linking, including Instagram when configured, are used to validate that a user controls the account they claim. Motion heuristics, geospatial field inference, and collective interaction signals are processed only when consent is enabled.

By using the service, users acknowledge that predictive graph outputs are suggestive, not deterministic. The platform does not guarantee compatibility, emotional outcomes, or social success.
